Catering / Ordering Terms & Conditions

Morpeth Deli has a generous selection of items available for catering and meals. From delicious breakfast/brunch choices, a huge variety of luncheon options from sandwiches, wraps and baguettes to fresh salads, cold and hot canapes and of course our spectacular cheeses and charcuterie.

We can also provide meals for you and your family.

Don’t forget to grab something sweet to finish off your feast!

 

We can generally cater to all dietary requirements.

 

How to place an order and pay
  • Browse through our selections in our catering, feast and grazing menus

  • Complete your order online and it will be emailed to us, or

  • Call the deli and we can assist you with your requirements, or

  • Visit the deli where we can assist you personally and make recommendations according to your needs

  • A deposit of 20% is required when placing an order. Full payment required on the day of pick up. All orders can be paid within the deli, over the phone or via direct deposit (we require a receipt to be emailed to us).

Deadlines
  • For all weekday catering, we require a minimum of 24-36 hours’ notice, and of course this is subject to the size of the order (the larger the order, the more notice we will require).

  • All weekday meals ordered before 12pm will be available by 3pm the next day.

  • Meals ordered after 12pm will be available by 12pm the following day.

  • Weekend catering and meal requests are required to be placed by the Wednesday beforehand at a minimum.  This will allow us enough time to prepare your order correctly prior to you arranging pick up.

  • Any late requests cannot be guaranteed though we will always make every effort to do our best, please speak to us directly.

  • Our grazing boxes require at least 12 hours’ notice.

 

Public holidays

As we are not open all public holidays orders will be at our discretion. Please check with us before placing an order for pick up on a public holiday.

 

Deliveries

We are able to offer delivery Monday to Friday.

Weekends are by request and will also depend on workload.

Free delivery for orders over $80 within a 10km radius.

All deliveries over 10km start from $10.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, no charges will apply if we are notified within at least 48 hours of your collection time.

 

Refunds

We cannot offer any refund if your order is cancelled on the day of the event or the afternoon before. Please contact the deli directly to discuss.

 

Platters

All our platters and catering boxes are environmentally friendly. If you require the use of any of our platters or dishes, a $20 refundable bond is required. This will be refunded upon return of undamaged platters.

You are most welcome to bring your own platters and dishes.

We endeavour to cater to most dietary requirements.  Please speak to us at the time of ordering to discuss your specific requirements.  If you are unsure of any ingredients used in our products, please speak to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your particular needs.
